Our Responsibility to Our Clients:

King Travel Service, Inc.
and its agents act only as agents for the client in arranging all services with airlines, hotels, restaurants, transportation or any other service and other independent suppliers to provide the client with all services and accommodations offered in conjuntion with any trip. King Travel Service, Inc. does not assume any liability whatsoever for injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to person or property due to an act of negligence of, or in default of, any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour, or by act of God.

Furthermore, no responsibilities are accepted for damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor dispute, machinery breakdown, flight delays, quarantine, government restraints, weather or other causes beyond their personal control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.

King Travel Service, Inc. and its agents will take all reasonable steps to ensure that proper arrangements have been made for the trip, but we can not accept any liability for the actions or omissions of these independent suppliers, over whom we have no direct control. If the client has any dispute with such persons, we will give reasonable help in resolving the situation.

King Travel Service, Inc. has no special knowledge about dangerous flight conditions or dangerous conditions at your destination. For more information, continue to read the general press on those conditions, and for updates, check the website of the Federal Aviation Administration at and the State Department at . In consideration for this agency's issuance of the travel documents that you requested, you agree to release King Travel Service, Inc. and its agents from all claims arising out of the foregoing.

Insurance Protection for Your Trip:
King Travel Service, Inc. strongly recommends that each client purchase trip protection insurance. Please ask at time of booking for your options and the cost of this insurance. Please also refer to the link on our webpage to Travel Guard Insurance for more information.

Deposit and final payment
We accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and American Express. Your payment is not deemed made until it is received by us.

A non-refundable deposit is required for us to reserve space for you. For Final payment is due 45 days prior to commencement of services. If we do not receive final payment by this date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In the case of billing errors, we reserve the right to reinvoice with correct pricing. Payment in full is required at time of booking for reservations made less than 45 days before departure.
For the benefit of everyone on your vacation, we reserve the right to accept or reject any vacation participant, and to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants.
Visas & Passports
For vacations requiring visas for U.S. citizens, detailed visa information will be mailed or faxed. You are responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents, and for meeting all health and other requirements and any documents required by laws, regulations, orders and/or requirements of the countries to be visited. Multiple-entry visas are required for some vacations. Non-U.S. citizens must consult with appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed. All passengers traveling internationally are required to have a passport. Most countries require that the passport be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip.
